Terms And Conditions Of Use

1. There is no minimum order, and we currently only accept orders from and deliver to customers within the UK.
2. In line with the Data Protection Act 1998, no personal details will be stored on our computers.
3. No credit card details are stored anywhere after a transaction is complete.
4. All items remain the property of Fuzzydon until payment has been made in full
5. We reserve the right refuse to sell any goods.
6. Payment can be made via cheque, Paypal, Debit or Credit card (through our secure server at Paypal).
7. If payment is made by cheque we reserve the right to hold the goods until your cheque has cleared (please allow 5 working days for this).
8. We hold stock of all items and have a policy of despatch within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If for any reason there is likely to be a delay, we will contact you immediately with the details. This does not apply to caricature orders, normally there is a 7 day turnaround, but please contact us for further details.
9. While every care is taken to keep your details secure while you go through the transaction process, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer as a result of an unauthorised third party accessing your details while you place an order.
10. Delivery is made via Royal Mail and all postage and packing charges are free within Mainland UK. We shall obtain a certificate of posting when despatching your goods. Should you require alternative methods of posting please let us know.
11. In line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you will not have the right to cancel your personalisation product or caricature contract by giving notice of cancellation, this is due to the nature of our products pursuant to regulation 10 in respect of "contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised". We would hope that should you be unsatisfied in anyway with one of our personalised products or caricatures, that you contact us within 24hours and we will endeavour to put things right.
12. You cannot make amendments to your original brief once you have placed your caricature order. 
13. Due to the nature of our work, we are not able to give refunds on any orders once production has begun.
14. In order to receive your cariacture within our normal 7 days turn around, you need to be available online to proof your caricature.
15. When placing your caricature order, we need a good brief which is as descriptive as possible outlining exactely what you require. We also need good quality, high resolution photographs. The better the quality of brief and photographs, the better the end result. Our cartoon caricatures are merely a likeness and not portraits.
    
16. In the unlikely event that your item reaches you faulty or damaged, we will be happy to take them back and offer you a replacement on condition that the faulty/damaged items must be returned to us within 14 days (and any requests made after this time are entirely at our discretion) for a replacement.
17. When returning goods, it is strongly recommended that you get a certificate of posting from the post office, as should the items not reach us you will be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail.

20. We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
21. The free gift offer currently in promotion will include either a card, fridge magnet or keyring randomly chosen. This will be included free of charge with any order no matter how big or small. Sorry, but this offer only applies to the UK.

Please note that we hold the copyright and all other rights to our unique images. You cannot use them for any purpose whatsoever without our prior written consent. The quality of the images on this website has been deliberately reduced to make the pages load faster and to reduce the temptation for people to "borrow" any of them from this website. Any items that you buy from us will be high-quality images produced to the highest standard.
