What is personalising a product?

On each product there is an area for your input called "Personalise". In this box you can request things such as a changing on the images wording or perhaps a different colour of hair on the cartoon character. Be creative, let your imagination run wild and let us know what you'd like!

All shipping through Fuzzydon.com is free no matter what the order size. Go on, be crazy, order one of each product! Sorry we can only ship free to the UK unless International Mail reduce their prices dramatically!

How do I Order?

To order just click on the products on the left hand menu, we have a fantastic range of cartoons you will be spolit for choice! Don't forget you can get them personalised free of charge so type in your text in the box provided , add it to your basket and complete the checkout process.

To order a caricature simply follow the on - screen instructions, you will have a chance to upload your photos on the same page and it will be an easy process for you to follow, you will then be taken to the checkout process. Once you have completed this process Fuzzydon will begin the work in creating your masterpiece.

How do I pay?

During the checkout process you will be directed to the secure site of our payment processing partner PayPal who will process your payment securely on our behalf. Payment can be made by all major credit and debit cards. Once you have paid you will be directed back to our site to complete your order. Other payment options are also available, just send us an email and we will be happy to help you.

What type of photograph do you need for the caricatures and how do I send it?

To create your caricature we need a good face shot of the victim (oops, we mean client!), the better the photo, the better the result. They need to be of good quality and high resolution, the more photos the better.  You can upload the photos using the facility on our website and we would like to aim for minimum of three. One full body, and maybe two faces shots . We need as much information of what you would like in your cartoon caricature, the more we have the better the end result., so get your thinking cap on.!!

What will I receive when my order?

We aim to despatch all orders with 48 hours. Cartoon caricatures are normally on a 7 day turnaround (bit longer at Christmas) We will send you a black and white proof via email for you to say you are happy and then this will be coloured and amended and sent to you in a final proof electronically. You will then receive your A4 poster via Royal Mail within 3 days after the proof has been approved.

If your order is urgent, please give us a nudge and we will see what we can do.

How will my cartoon caricature look?

Wonderful of course! You can see on our caricature page the examples of what we have achieved. The caricatures we draw are drawn from the images you provide and with the information you give us. They are a likeness to the person and not a portrait. We work with you to get a good result.

How do I order extra items or reprints of my caricature?

What looks even better is when a caricature is printed on a mug or fridge magnet or any of our products to make a perfect and unique present. You can order these are the time of placing your order or come back to us at a later date.

What if I don't like the cartoon caricature?

All of our caricatures are drawn to a great likeness and to your description so we are confident you will love the end result. We work with you along the process of creation so we ensure you are happy with what is going on. Check out our testimonials to see what our happy customers say.

Please see our T&C's page prior to ordering. Due to the nature of our work, we are not able to give refunds on any orders once production has begun.
